A. How do I sign up for an account?

There are two ways to sign up on BecuPlan:

  • 1. To sign up, click the sign up button on the home page. You will be prompted to either complete the registration form or sign in with your Google account.
  • 2. To sign up using a referral link, enter the referral link on your browser and click the enter button. You will be prompted to either complete the registration form or sign in with your Google account.

B. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Click on “Reset Password” on the login page. You will be prompted to request an email with a password reset link by providing your username and email address. Click on the link in that email and you’ll be taken to a page where you can then create a new password.

Payment & Pay-As-You-Go

C. How do I top up my CurriPlan credit?

After successful login, click the “Top Up” button on the header section of the page. Go to the “Standard Pay-As-You-Go Package,” enter the number of CurriPlan credit you want to purchase (the minimum quantity is 50 credits), then click the “Buy Now” button to proceed with payment.

D. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

E. Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all transactions are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store your card information on our servers.

Referral Program

F. How does the referral program work?

Our referral program rewards you for inviting others to use our platform. When someone signs up using your unique referral link and makes a purchase, you earn a commission.

G. Where can I find my referral link?

You will find your referral link only when you are logged into your account and have above 10 credits in your standard “Pay-As-You-Go package”. Click on the “Referral Program” button on the header section to view or copy your referral link.

H. How much can I earn per referral?

You earn up to 10% commission for each successful referral. The exact amount may vary based on the purchase made by the referred user.

I. When and how do I get paid?

Referral commissions are processed once your referee’s purchase/payment is confirmed. However, the referral commissions are paid monthly, as long as your referral earnings is up to ₦10000 and above, you will qualify for payment during the refund due date.

J. Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

Nope! You can refer as many people as you like. The more you share, the more you earn.

K. Can I track my referral performance?

Yes, you can view the number of sign ups, completed referrals, total amount earned and unpaid commissions under your Referral Program.

L. What happens if someone signs up without using my referral link?

Referred users must use your link for the system to track and credit you. Make sure they use your referral link before signing up.

M. Can I use my referral link on social media or my blog?

Absolutely! You’re encouraged to share your referral link on social platforms, blogs, email and direct messaging apps, as long as it is done ethically and within our guidelines.
